Graphite Studio by Hardhik is an independent art studio operated by a sole artist based in Mangaluru, India. We create hand-drawn graphite and charcoal portraits commissioned from reference photos. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at chihardhik@gmail.com.

When you get in touch to commission a portrait, we may collect:

• —Email address
• —Reference photographs you choose to share
• —Any additional details you provide about your commission

We do not collect payment information directly. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your information is used solely to:

• —Respond to your commission enquiry
• —Discuss and finalise the details of your portrait
• —Deliver the completed artwork

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photos you share are used exclusively as a drawing reference. We will not publish, share, or use your reference photos for any purpose other than creating your portrait without your explicit written consent.

Completed portrait artwork may be shared on our portfolio or social media only with your prior written consent.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information is your consent, given at the time of making contact. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

We retain your details (name, email, notes) in our email inbox for the duration of the commission and for up to 12 months thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by emailing chihardhik@gmail.com.

We use the following third-party services:
